NoaPro operates as a business directory platform that helps UK consumers discover and connect with local businesses. We act solely as an intermediary. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement, transaction, booking, quotation, dispute or engagement between a consumer and a business listed on our Services.

Any contract for goods or services is formed directly between the consumer and the relevant business. We do not provide, and are not responsible for, the goods or services themselves, their quality, pricing, timeliness, safety, legality, or suitability for any particular purpose. You should carry out your own due diligence before engaging any business, including checking credentials, references, insurance and licensing where applicable.

Business listings on NoaPro are created, maintained and updated by the business owners themselves. This includes business names, descriptions, service categories, contact details, opening hours, pricing information, service areas, photographs and any other information displayed on a listing.

While we take reasonable steps to keep the directory organised and to remove listings that clearly breach our policies, we do not independently verify every claim, service description or credential provided by a business. We make no guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, complete or that the business remains actively trading. Consumers are encouraged to confirm key details directly with the business before engaging them.

Some listings on NoaPro display verification badges, such as ‘Identity Verified’, ‘Insurance Verified’, ‘Companies House Verified’ or similar indicators. These badges signify that the business has submitted supporting documentation to NoaPro and that our team has carried out a baseline check on that documentation at the time of submission.

Verification badges are not an endorsement, warranty, guarantee or certification by NoaPro of the business’s quality, expertise, fitness for a particular purpose, ongoing compliance, or continued validity of any credential. Documents or cover can expire, be revoked or change after verification. Always ask the business to confirm current credentials before engaging their services.

NoaPro allows consumers to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, questions and other user-generated content about businesses listed on the Services. These submissions reflect the personal experiences and opinions of individual users at a particular point in time.

Reviews and user content do not represent the views or opinions of NoaPro. While we moderate content against our Community Guidelines and remove material that is clearly false, abusive, unlawful or otherwise in breach of those Guidelines, we do not independently verify the factual accuracy of every review. Your individual experience with any business may differ from that described in a review.

Businesses may respond publicly to reviews on their own listing. Responses reflect the views of the business concerned, not NoaPro.

The Services may contain links to websites, resources or content belonging to or originating from third parties, including business websites, social media profiles and advertising. Such external links are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness by us.

WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OFFERED BY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES LINKED THROUGH THE SERVICES. The NoaPro Business mobile application is made available to business owners through third-party app stores (such as the Apple App Store and Google Play) subject to those stores’ own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability of the app on any particular device, operating system version, or in any given region.

Features, dashboards, analytics, lead statistics and other data shown in the app are provided for general informational purposes only.
